Our Story

Two shops, one crew, a little East Coast soul

Lincoln Barber is a South Shore barbershop with two locations — one on King Street in downtown Bridgewater, and one on Lincoln Street in old town Lunenburg. Both shops are owned by Michael Chisholm, and both were built to feel like the kind of barbershop your grandfather went to, with the kind of streetwear you actually want to wear today: vintage chairs, model ships in the windows, license plates on the walls and reclaimed wood underfoot.

In Bridgewater, master barber Clarence runs the chair. Clarence is also a barber instructor — meaning every fade, scissor cut, beard shape and straight-razor shave gets the patience of a teacher and the precision of a craftsman.

In Lunenburg, owner Michael Chisholm is behind the chair himself. Michael brings the same old-school craft to the historic waterfront — classic cuts, hot-towel shaves, and good conversation. We welcome families, first-time clients, kids, travellers passing through town, and the regulars who've been showing up for years.

And while you're here — take a look at the rack. East Coast Lifestyle hoodies, tees, hats, and a few Lincoln Barber pieces of our own. A little Maritime style to take home.
