How do I get my windshield replaced?+
Call or email us and we'll sort out what you need. When you book, we'll order your new windshield — usually ready that day or the next. Come in for your appointment, drop off your keys and insurance papers, and take one of our courtesy cars. Replacement takes 2–4 hours. We'll call when it's done, you pay the deductible, sign the papers — you're done.
How long does it take to replace a windshield?+
About 2–4 hours depending on your vehicle. We order the glass from one of our local suppliers and it's usually ready the same or next day.
How do I get an estimate?+
We can provide a rough estimate by phone or email, and a precise quote once we understand the extent of the repair.
Repair the chip or replace the windshield?+
If the chip is larger than a loonie, it will usually require replacement. If a crack spreads further than ¾", replacement is typically required as well.
Do you have courtesy vehicles?+
Yes — we have two courtesy cars ready for you, and we can also pick up and drop off your vehicle from your home or work.
Will my new windshield be calibrated to my camera?+
Yes. We use the Autel IA800 LDW system and the Opti-Aim calibration system. Every windshield with ADAS features will be calibrated. If we're unable to help, we'll find someone who can.
If I don't have insurance, how much is a windshield?+
Every vehicle is different and costs vary based on make, model and options. Call or email us for an accurate quote.
